For merchants selling in Japan, the EU, or the UK, we’ve opened the doors to TikTok Shop review syndication. Once you connect your Judge.me account, your verified reviews appear directly inside TikTok Shop — no exporting, re-uploading, or manual syncing.

This offers a huge advantage on a platform where buying decisions happen fast. Shoppers trust what others say far more than what a product description promises, so having your real reviews show up right alongside your listings helps reduce hesitation and adds instant credibility.

Finally, the redesigned Q&A widget makes it much easier for shoppers to find answers.

With improved spacing, clearer navigation, and a layout fully optimized for readability, customers can get clarity right on the page instead of waiting for a support reply or leaving to look elsewhere.
