The Judge.me and Carti integration gives your AI shopping assistant access to published product reviews. Carti can use that feedback to answer shoppers’ questions and show ratings when it recommends a product.

Put relevant customer experiences into a shopping conversation

A shopper comparing camping chairs might want to know how easily a chair packs away. If your published reviews discuss that experience, Carti can bring the relevant feedback into the conversation.

Carti searches your published reviews for relevant information and can quote matching feedback in its answers. That gives a shopper another source of context without making them leave the conversation to look through the review section.

Bring ratings into product recommendations

When Carti recommends a product, it can include its star rating and review count. Shoppers can consider that feedback alongside the recommendation, and Carti can point them towards your best-reviewed products.

The usefulness of these answers depends on the reviews available for each product. Start with items that already have published feedback, then test questions that those reviews can help answer.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me in Carti using your private API token, test the connection and save it. Carti imports and indexes your reviews so its assistant can search the content during shopper conversations.

Allow that first import to finish before testing. Carti shows a green status badge when the reviews are ready; processing can take a few minutes for a small review collection and longer for a large one.

Before you connect

• Plans and platform: use both apps on Shopify. Judge.me Free is supported, and Carti’s Free plan includes the use of your reviews. Carti’s conversation limits still apply.

• Review content: at least one product needs published Judge.me reviews. Carti uses published feedback for shopper answers.

• Readiness: connecting the apps and completing the review import are separate steps.

• Support ownership: Carti develops and maintains this integration.
