How to get started

In your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews

Click Import & sync reviews

Find the Etsy section and click Show settings > Get started

Grant access to connect your Etsy account

Ensure matching SKUs exist between Etsy and Shopify

Confirm anonymized reviewer names, adjust duplicate settings if needed

Click Sync reviews

You’ll see sync status updates right in your dashboard, and get email alerts when the process completes or if any issues arise.

Your Etsy reviews, including images, will appear as verified and filterable within your Reviews Dashboard. While you can’t edit or reply to Etsy reviews, you can manage them with support from our team.
